Hi. I have been having a lot of trouble playing MK7 online. Whenever I try to get into a race, I get this error code. What’s even weirder is that I can play other Pretendo-supported games perfectly fine. Does anyone know the cause of this error and how I can fix it?

Thank you for asking. My game is up-to-date and I have been able to play on Pretendo before. It’s been only recently when I started getting the error code.

I followed the guide you provided. The connection test on my console gave me Support Code: 120-00. I believe this means my NAT is Type B?
Alright, sounds like it could be a Pretendo issue then. Just wanted to address all possibilities
