So apparently this can come up if the level was previously removed on Pretendo’s end (like if it broke a rule), as we do moderate SMM level submissions.
What kind of level is it?
Are you using save data that you previously used on Nintendo Network? Any courses that you uploaded to NN in the past will not be able to be uploaded to Pretendo as the server thinks it’s been deleted.
I have a bunch of these on my save file unfortunately.
You can edit the course, and save it as a “new” one to upload it again.

To be more clear, SMM will track locally which courses it has already uploaded. It will store the uploaded course ID with the local course data, so if this data is imported into a PNID the game will think that the stored ID exists on our servers when it does not. It’s less that the server thinks it’s been deleted, and more that it just doesn’t exist and this is how the game seems to cope with that (it assumes that a course not existing means it was deleted, even if it never existed in the first place)
