Hello everyone!
I created a Pretendo Network ID on the website, so I got my birth date and country set to default.
I managed to link the PNID to my 3DS, and the country automatically switched to my actual one (Italy), but only on the 3DS, not on the online account. No change for the birth date.
Is there a way to change both birth date and country on the PNID account? Maybe with CFW on 3DS or by directly contacting Pretendo admins?
Eventually, will this feature be introduced in the future?
I don’t want to create a new PNID because I want to keep my username.
I believe that users should be in control of their own data and have the chance to modify them, at least during the setup.

Moderators cannot change your user data, you will require a modded Wii U to change account information.

That’s honestly not very fair to those of us who only have 3DS/2DS’s and not Wii U’s. We shouldn’t have to purchase an entire different console just for the purposes of being able to change our data. I hope that Pretendo will eventually support changing user data either from the 3/2DS or on the site at some point.
We have plans to support that eventually, but we don’t know when that will end up being.
Changing user data isn’t really that important anyways, it’s purely a cosmetic thing (afaik it’s just used for showing your birth date in Juxtaposition and country in Juxtaposition if you allow it).

To be fair, the Pretendo install guide https://pretendo.network/docs/install/3ds does tell you to create it on the 3DS itself if you want that information correct.
It is recommended to register the PNID on your device at this time, as registering on the website does not currently allow you to change your user data.
And yes, it will eventually be supported to change it on the 3DS itself. However, there is no projected time for that implementation.

I had been told by my brother to make the account online while he modded my 3DS in another state, so I had been unaware of this while creating my pretendo ID. The user data isn’t a huge deal to me anyway, it’s just the idea implied in the comment I initially replied to of having to get a different console to even have that function in the first place is generally unfair to users who don’t already have a Wii U lol.
