Problem with accessing my account

Hi Pretendo Network,

I recently broke my 3DS and had to mod a replacement. After modding it, I tried to access the Miiverse using my Pretendo account. However, I’m getting an “incorrect password” error.

Unfortunately, I can’t reset the password because I mistakenly signed up using an old email address that I no longer have access to. Would it be possible to update the email on my account so I can recover it?

I can prove ownership by providing the original email, username, and any other details you need. My original account (username: ChibiBoy) will no longer be active moving forward, since I can’t log into it anymore.

I’d really appreciate your help—I’m eager to get back on Miiverse.

Did you install the pretendo plugin correct?

Yes, I believe it is to do with my account not the app or plugin since I also can’t log in on the browser

I used both, I can’t reset with my email since the email I used to make the account is lost to time.

If they’re just using the same Mii on that account then it’s fine but if they’re asking to make a new account with the same username as their old account, they’re not going to be able to do so

I mean like “ChibiBoy1” instead of my original “ChibiBoy” but with the same mii and username I don’t mean the exact same
