Custom profile pics are genuinely a good idea though- (It is fully possible, we know this from anonymised users that their PFP changes.)

Juxtaposition? Perhaps. No platform would support profile picture changing. (maybe with the web as an exception.) If we can change it in the web then it’ll probably work, but I’d doubt it.
You can access juxt via phone and PC so that’s another way to add pfp
I think it could happen on the forums, but Juxt doesn’t seem nearly as plausible.
It’s a default feature but we have custom PFPs disabled and you just use your Mii instead
