Pretendo Account Setup Error

Hi there,

In my previous post, I requested to delete my account, but I have another question before that happens. I tried creating a new account on the 3DS, yet I came across error code 022-2402. I tried changing the language to Spanish, yet that didn’t work. What might be the problem? Any assistance is appreciated.

Do you get an error code in the friends list?

Never mind, I changed it to French and it worked.
