Pretendo account email is incorrect

Hello :wave:, I saw on my Pretendo account (From the website), that my email address is “11******[email protected]”, while when I created my Pretendo account (On 3DS), I had put my real email address. Is there a way to change it? This could be useful especially if I have forgotten my password, or even receive emails in case someone answers my topics. Thank you :+1:

Hello. Just to make sure, it’s the same PNID you’re logged into on both the website and 3DS?

Unfortunately, the only way to change an email currently is on a modded Wii U.

Thank you for answering me, yes it is the same account that I am connected to on the site and 3DS, strangely when I look on the Nintendo Network ID settings (On 3DS), it displays my real email address, otherwise it’s not serious, but thanks :+1:

The forum shows a different email address, this is normal.

You can check what email address that your account is linked to at https://pretendo.network/account under sign in and security.

Btw no need to censor that, that number is your principal ID and it’s associated with the PNID and it’s public info (it’s 1167379117 in this case, there are unofficial lookup websites and it’s also visible by third party plugins in-game on Wii U but not a concern at all, it’s not PII)
