I accidentally deleted universal updater and FBI when I went to my settings and was deleting other stuff and now I realized I don’t have any way to download universal updater or FBI because I don’t have the QR code thing in FBI because I don’t have FBI anymore. How do I get universal updater and FBI downloaded on my 3DS again? I don’t have a computer so what am I supposed to do?

I am not 100% sure but a full system restore could reset everything. Copy and back up all SD files to be safe and start with the soft restore.

Without a computer I don’t know how you can reinstall FBI
A full system restore will reinstall everything. I had to do this once as I chose some wrong options.
I’m freaking out. I’m worried I won’t be able to figure it out since I don’t have a computer. I’ll have to go to the library with my 3DS and hope that I can install whatever it is on my SD card and understand how to do it.
Do you have FTPD on your 3DS? You might be able to do it without going to the library if you have that.
Oh hang on, do you have FBI in the Homebrew Launcher? You might just be able to launch it from there and reinstall Universal Updater and maybe the CIA version of FBI?
I don’t have FBI, FTPD Pro, or Universal Updater anymore, since I was falling asleep and accidentally deleted them when I was deleting other things in settings.
When initially installing custom firmware, you should have FBI in Homebrew Launcher. Can you at least check whether it’s in there?
I checked, but it’s not there. To get my 3DS hacked, I had gotten it done by some guy on eBay. He had only installed it as a separate .cia file, not within homebrew as a .3dsx file.
Also, to make things even worse, one of the two screws came out of my 3DS when I was unscrewing the back plate to take out the SD card to bring to the library later today to try to reinstall everything I accidentally uninstalled.

Hang on, is your console a new 3DS? You might be able to do an SMB file transfer through your phone if you have one?
This app looks like it should do it.
There’s an option in System Settings on new 3DS consoles that allow you to do SMB file transfers from memory, I don’t know the process exactly.

I would try the file transfer app mentioned above this post, but going to the library and copying the files is also a good solution.

This does require a computer to get the files on the SD card, however.
Sounds good, I plan to go to the library later today, since my iPhone I don’t think can do the file transfer method thing. I’ll keep you posted on what happens.

You might have to do that with an sd or micro sd reader, get fbi.3dsx so you can launch it from the homebrew launcher
I had to go to the library and redo the finalizing step, but I got everything back now.
