I was gonna do the exact same thing as last time, anyways: switch to Nintendo Network, download the update, reboot while holding select for luma3DS configuration, match the settings to how they were before and save, then switch back to pretendo.
I didn’t find it, someone else did and I happened to notice 
Yeah, I’d follow those steps and I might see whether it’s worth making that Luma3DS and Aroma updates thread, but I need people to confirm whether Pretendo does or doesn’t work on it (highly unlikely it doesn’t work but I’m sure people remember when Pretendo didn’t work on the latest version of Aroma for a few days).
You dont even need to switch. Updating Luma and re-enabing the settings at reboot works without issues
