I’ll just hack the system /j
I think PabloMK7’s fork supports Pretendo online? I’m not sure since I haven’t updated or used Citra since the incident.
Splatoon 3 was a massive hit and they’ve already given up on it-
I hate when Nintendo tosses literal gems in the trash.
First they discontinued the Wii, then the 3DS and Wii U, and now Splatoon 3?
does anyone know if it’s safe to use luma3ds splash screens? they seem cool but i’ve heard if you delete them your 3ds could get bricked, and honestly, that’s my biggest fear. plus they make the console startup longer.
- Yes, it’s safe!
- Idk
- It’s not safe!
I’m pretty sure that any brick would be recoverable since the splash screens are just stored on the microSD card. You could physically take out the card and put the files back. Or just redownload Luma from GitHub.
i got the info from the comments on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XK6_RoBCRI and i’m pretty sure they said that it will still not work without the microsd card.
I wasn’t totally clear, I meant that you should be able to take out the microSD card, download a valid splash from ThemePlaza, replace your corrupted or deleted splash with a valid one, and put the microSD card back in the 3DS. Even if it does brick (and I’m not sure how easy it actually is to brick), it should be an easy fix.
I know people in our community will probably disagree with me but it was not as big as it could have been. Updates once every 3 months, we still don’t even have any third kits…
Omey - we ask people not to talk about him because he does all this stuff for attention, and of course, talking about him gives him attention.
He absolutely deserves it too
one of my friends wanted Pretendo to support Animal Crossing Pocket Camp cause it’s shutting down, even if it’s a mobile game.
I don’t think it uses the Nintendo Network ID system, so it’s probably out of scope for Pretendo.
It uses Nintendo Accounts. I should probably play it before it gets shut down but Pocket Camp will be available offline anyways.
Pocket Camp had paid subscriptions anyways and some micro-transactions.
Yeah, it uses Nintendo accounts (I play this game), so we will need not only Pretendo Network IDs, but also Pretendo accounts. Or maybe there is a way they could make everything work with one account? Maybe they could find a way to make the game use PNIDs? Maybe they could merge NNIDs and Nintendo accounts to have one account that just functions differently between 3DS/Wii U and ACPC?
I think Nintendo still has some relations to baseball? I don’t know a lot about it honestly.
anyone knows how to have custom music on my wii u without the ftp method?
just testing something, please ignore

interesting, what about a gibberish tag?
#pretendoforum
Guessing there’s no way to check whether a category might exist then…
It would be cool to figure that out, but I’m pretty sure the app would just be considered out of scope for Pretendo if it doesn’t integrate into anything else that Pretendo’s reviving.
