I’m curious, what do you notice that’s different?
The only new thing I’m seeing right now is the information bar also being below the topic now (which is cool).
The hamburger menu looks a bit better.

I’m pretty happy with how easy the update was - I just needed to press a button in the admin panel and wait a bit. I don’t think there was even any downtime?

When I hosted my Discourse forum, the smoothness of the updates was by far my most favorite thing.
No messing with the files or incompatibilities, it just worked.
Except for one time where the update interface got locked out for some reason and I needed to use the shell for a bit to resolve it and update, but that has happened only once in the 4 months I hosted it.

Remembered that bridging to Bluesky is a thing but it literally truncates everything.
How do you all cope with this?

Just realised they offer another service, they’ll literally find any content that they can find on your site and attempt to repost it on fedi.
I don’t really like this approach since it’s essentially scraping and causing unnecessary demand imo

It does exist but for some reason, it appears to only be enabled for moderators.
I’m not 100% sure what we would use it for but that’s a discussion for Forum Meta.
