Off Topic Stuff

Probably about a decade, I created my Google account around 10 years and 6 months ago, think it was for an Android 4.1 tablet I got at some point.

Just checked and my Scratch account is from May 2017. Can’t figure out my password but I’m cringing on it heavily right now, maybe I should private it if I can? Used the original icon for my YouTube channel which is cool, didn’t realise anything still used it.

I had completely forgotten about the advanced user tutorial until today.

I feel like it’s pretty large but Wiimmfi or Riiconnect24/Wiilink are probably larger since they’ve existed for longer.

I think Wiimmfi is for Nintendo WFC servers only and Wiilink24 (Formerly Riiconnect24) is for WiiConnect24 servers so stuff like the Weather Channel, New Channel etc.

I think they don’t merge because with Wiilink you have to patch the already existing channels and to play Wiimmfi it’s a homebrew app that patches the game every time you start it. Also I think you can play Wiimmfi with only chancing your DNS settings but idk.
Also yes!

I don’t see you anywhere? How long does this usually take. (I don’t have many friends)

Anyone here also loves playing Salmon Run in splatoon 3? Would love to play some online private games.

I love both YTP and MLG!

(Nostalgia…)

Not sure whether I should send the link here but some members of our community runs a Signal space to play Salmon Run and I run a general Splatoon matchmaking room.

(yes my Signal profile picture is Rick Astley.)

I mean, Discourse has a DM system if you don’t want to post the link publicly - I would be happy to join it

I really got 022-5432 again…

I need to tape my SD card and see if that fixes things.

Speaking of content that got shut down permanently in desperate need of a revival, I’m still hoping that this game gets revived one day - while there is a version of it that is still online, it’s completely different from the original and also pushes the NFT scam.

An old Facebook game where you used traps to capture ghosts every few minutes and unlocked new areas/mechanics/etc. as you went.

It was similar to MouseHunt, a game which still exists today and which I do suggest checking out if you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes to attempt to catch a mouse.
