-Is it planned/being worked on?
-Is there a way to already play it?

They plan to add pretendo support to almos every game on 3ds and Wii U!
For now we just have to wait, it isnt possible as of rn
Badge Arcade is planned, but it might be a long time until it is implemented – as Pretendo legally can’t use Nintendo’s badges and the devs would have to make their own original badges to be used in Pretendo’s version.
