it means that in some games NOBODY sended any network dump and in no servers it means that that game didn’t have any server?

I assume if the sheet states “No Servers”, then the game would either not be supported, or is not supported yet.

NO SERVERS means that the games official servers had already shut down, or there were no game servers to begin with. The spreadsheet was generated automatically by scanning the library imports of games. If the game imported the NEX library, then it was added to the spreadsheet. But not every game which imported the NEX library had game servers
That being said, all of the official servers besides the friends server and Pokemon Bank have been shut down. The spreadsheet was used to track whether or not we had dumps for a given game prior to the shutdown, it’s no longer helpful
The only way to get new dumps now is to make dumps from early Switch games, but that’s a much more risky process
