My wii u crashed while online(solved)

I was queuing in splatoon then my wii u crashed
and when I try to use the sssl method to play online it won’t work

  1. A myriad of errors could have led to a system crash. It could have been your system, it could have been the service, maybe your internet, anything really.
  2. When you state SSSL is not functioning, may you please provide an error code, or what actions were performed, leading to it to fail. In that case, I could assist.

Overall, an error code would be handy. Also, did your system fully soft lock, as in no error code, just a complete lock-up or was it a bi-lock with an error code or additional details?

when my Wii u crashed I turned it of then turned it back on but it wouldn’t connect to the internet when I changed the DNS to the ones required for the sssl method
but it did connect to the internet if it was set to auto-obtain(also their wasn’t an error code and I was using my hotspot)

Ok. It is going to sound weird but could you try playing a game for about 5-10 minutes and attempting a connection test again? This may just be an issue with your router/ISP presets as well.

actually when i tried it again i got the error code 103-1605, sorry about the inconvenience
