My PNID cannot be registered and logged in on 3ds. The error message displayed is 022-2613

I have re-registered and separated the machine name from the PNID. However, when I used the PNID on 3ds, it still showed 022-2613.

Are you connected to the right servers? Make sure it says “Loaded” under Pretendo in Nimbus.

Did you use the .cia file for Nimbus? Asking because I had problems with the .3ds file but the .cia file worked fine for me
