When I get a notification on “Miiverse” will the button turn blue like it did a few years ago?

That’s cool to know if it does work then, wasn’t aware of that working 
The only time I’ve seen the Blue light turn on was when a friend came online.
If there’s ever a notification for Miiverse, the Miiverse logo on the app bar and Home Button Menu would be flashing, which doesn’t work at the moment. For 3DS systems, the icon would have a blue SpotPass icon above it, just like on how the Friend List has an orange dot whenever a friend is playing a joinable game.

sorta like this, couldnt find a Wii U one.
I think it just hasnt been implemented yet, but the knowledge is there.
I helped rv3 once in making that work, basically its a JS func on the app that sets the BOSS tasks for Miiverse notifications, if the response code is 200, then the icon glows, think i told Jemma on chat once
