I get error 102-2128 every time when console tries to connect. Is there a way to solve this?
Is your Wii U modded with Aroma, or are you using the SSSL DNS redirection for Pretendo?

You can check by running the Aroma Updater app and checking both pages in-app to see if everything is up to date.

Im from Russia. I already thought about this probably being the reason of problem because prentendo site won’t load without vpn

Pretendo uses CloudFlare, and CloudFlare blocks access in Russia.
I’m sorry; I don’t know if anything can be done when on Wii U for this.

Sadly, there isn’t a solution. For the foreseeable future, users in Russia will have significant trouble accessing (or will be entirely unable to access) our services. Recently, most Cloudflare subnets – as well as many VPNs – were blocked by Russia’s government. That would explain your connection issues.
While we wish we could bypass this and allow everyone to use Pretendo; there’s nothing we’re able to do except wait it out. Hopefully one day we’ll all be able to play together again!
