Is Pretendo going to revive the eshop

This is exactly correct. If Pretendo does not have the right to redistribute content, we simply cannot legally do it. One can argue that it is not morally wrong to do so, or that copyright laws are outdated and unfair, but this does not change the reality that we simply cannot legally redistribute this content. That is not true.

If you try connecting to the eShop while on Pretendo it just won’t work. There is no ban risk.
