Is there a way to just use Miiverse on mobile or PC, or do I need modded system with Pretendo in order to use it?
You’ll need a modded system to actually access Miiverse, the web version won’t let you browse afaik if you haven’t set Miiverse up before
(the web version doesn’t allow you to post either)
