what i mean by that is like can they add dark mode to miiverse or add videos?? and if so make some ideas of what they could do

Not sure if that could happen on the old models of 3ds that could be horrible i just am thinking about the lag here not even the server problems that could maybe happen (im unsure if server issues would be a thing but im sure it would) i feel like at most videos should be wii u only if they do add it (3ds players would be sad tho that they don’t have the feature)
I don’t think they’re able to, but I could be wrong.
I believe they can add dark mode to Miiverse Juxt, as it’s just their own domain being used. I would like dark mode as a setting for Juxt as it could be easier for use at night
The configuration to do so may be quite the workload, yet It could be possible, I think they are focusing on just getting the systems back online at the moment. 
Well I think there was a test with MK7 on 3DS, the countdown game mode, then it was ported to CTGP-7.
