I already have a Pretendo account, but i have let my brother play my Wii U recently. I want to have a Pretendo account for him but im not sure if the wii u will like it. Is it ok?

Yes, you can have 2 accounts. Just make sure the second account username doesn’t have the same name as an NNID linked on that console

There’s no issue with having multiple pretendo accounts in your Wii U, just be sure to not use the same username as a NNID that is already setup in your console, as the documentation says. Otherwise, you should have no issues.
