No it won’t. It’s very easy to remove on a 3DS, though. But a Wii U you can delete the user, but save data would be lost.

We can forward the deletion request. Do you want assistance unlinking from a 3DS too?

There are a few steps, but they work to log out on 3DS:

NOTE: If at any point earlier, you see the error code 015-5015 on Pretendo then that means the PNID is already unlinked!

  1. Hold SELECT when turning on your 3DS.
  2. Disable the first 2 Luma3DS options, then hit START to save.
  3. Open Miiverse, where you should see error code 022-5432.
  4. Turn off your 3DS, and turn it back on while holding SELECT.
  5. Enable the first 2 Luma3DS options.
  6. To check if you got it, open Miiverse again and you should see 022-5432 again.
  7. Switch to Nintendo in Nimbus.
  8. Open the Nintendo eShop.
  9. Switch back to Pretendo in Nimbus.
  10. You should see error code 015-5015. This means you are logged out of your PNID, and be able to sign in with or make a new PNID.
