I get error code 022-2402 even when I change the language to Spanish

Exactly what the title says. I have an old 3ds xl and I already created a Pretendo account on another device

Can you check whether you get an error code in the friends list? If so, what error code do you get?

I don’t think I can since I’m not signed in on my 3ds

You’ll still be able to access friends list if you don’t have a PNID linked

I can access the friends list just fine

Try other languages, someone had success with French too.

Could it be because my pretendo network id isn’t the same as my pretendo account username
