some reason i cant open the eshop i tried opening but it cant open but a error code pop up i tried again but still give me the error code

Pretendo doesn’t support the eShop and will likely never will. To access the eShop, switch to Nintendo Network.

so i have to chage dns and go to the eshop?

Yes, you have to change your DNS back to automatic and you have to use your Nintendo Network profile and then you’ll be able to access eShop.
