Judging by your tags though, I’m going to take a guess.
You’re using SSSL right? I know Wiimmfi has an unmodded option where you change your DNS and it’s possible that you didn’t change back to the Pretendo ones afterwards? The Pretendo ones are on the Wii U installation guide at https://pretendo.network/docs/install/wiiu.

Yeah, you should be able to use the Wiimmfi DNS alongside the Inkay plugin
