I can't log in with mi pretendo id in my 2DS

When I try to log in with my pretendo id after changing the server from Nintendo to the pretendo server with the nimbus app I get a message saying I got error 022-5432 logging in what can I do?

  1. Open Nimbus
  2. Switch to Nintendo servers
  3. Open Miiverse (you should get error code 022-2882 if you have a linked NNID or 015-5015 if you don’t)
  4. Exit Miiverse
  5. Open Nimbus
  6. Switch to Pretendo servers
  7. Open Miiverse again on Pretendo to check whether it’s working properly (you should get error code 015-5015 on to confirm this, if you still get 022-5432 try following the steps again)
