I can't connect to Pretendo

I’m new in Pretendo, I try to connect the Pretendo ID to the 3DS, but it gives to me the error code : 022-2613. Can somebody help me please ?

Make sure that you’ve inputted the correct PNID username and password. If you’re still experiencing issues, follow these steps:

  1. Open Nimbus
  2. Switch to Nintendo servers
  3. Open Miiverse (you should get error code 022-2882 if you have a linked NNID or 015-5015 if you don’t)
  4. Exit Miiverse
  5. Open Nimbus
  6. Switch to Pretendo servers
  7. Open Miiverse again on Pretendo to check whether it’s working properly (you should get error code 015-5015 on to confirm this, if you still get 022-2613/022-5432 try following the steps again)

Ok, but it gives to me error code :015-5004 aka. the service are discontinued message. I think i don’t get connected to pretendo server

Just try following all of the steps, unusual to see that EC but does occasionally happen

I tried for 5 times, I even disable and enable again the luma3ds settings what you need to use Pretendo and stil i can’t, may is because that EC what you told to me, but can you please explaine how to solve it by EC

Show the Luma3DS settings, make sure top two options are enabled and yellow text on bottom screen saying “Booted from SD via B9S”

Yes, I done this when i first downloaded, but still doensn’t work

It finaly worked the miiverse steps, I just reinstall ninbus, but stil i can’t connect by NNID using PNID
