Thanks, it worked! Just wondering, but how do I delete unnecessary files from my 3DS without a desktop? Is there no way to do so, because I deleted the Nazi Zombies app I downloaded and it still shows a thing to the right side of it that indicates it’s been downloaded at some point.

3DS Shell may work in this case. (keep in mind it is not actively maintained.)

If you have no immediate access to a device capable of accessing external storage, yes.

Ok, makes sense. Just wondering, but do you think a computer at a library would be able to read a SD card that I could edit the files on?

If you have an SD card adapter/USB or the computer there has an SD card slot, (SD Card adapter needed.) yes.
