If you are talking about whether Pretendo supports Pokémon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire as of yet, the simple answer is: no.

This is false. Pokemon ORAS and Pokemon X/Y are currently supported for testers only. The unofficial wiki page at Pretendo Game Support Status [Unofficial Pretendo Wiki] is up-to-date and lists the games.

At this time, whitelisting for Testing servers is not automatic for 3DS consoles. To gain access to these servers, please request access with your 3DS Friend Code in either the #testing-discussion channel in the Discord server or in the 3DS Friend Code Whitelisting thread on the forum.
