How do you put the code it gives you in the email?

I got the email and since the Confirm email address didn't work, though it said "Verifying via code sent to your email on a 3DS or Wii U is still possible." So, I went to my system setting and clicked on my Nintendo Network ID Settings and looked for a place to put the code and cant find anything! PLS HELP!!

If you’re on 3DS and your PNID is already on the system, simply open Miiverse and the confirmation prompt will show up and you can enter the code. :slight_smile:

You should be able to head into System Settings > Nintendo Network ID, assuming you’ve selected “Pretendo” in Nimbus as discussed in the install docs.

Just noticed that it did not switch to the pretendo servers, whenever I click on the pretendo servers, it stays on the nintendo servers.

Are Nimbus and the 3DS fully up-to-date? Might be worth checking just in case.

Check something for me:

  1. Turn off 3ds
  2. hold SELECT and turn it on

What does it say in yellow at the bottom?

It says “Booted from SD via B9S”

Alright, so now I would do this:

  1. Open Universal Updater
  2. Search for “Luma” and under Luma3DS, download boot.firm
  3. Search for ‘Nimbus’ and reinstall it
  4. Open Nimbus, and try switching to Pretendo

This process we updated/reinstalled Luma and Nimbus, in case anything went wrong before.
