How do you fix the nimbus not switching to pretendo servers?

I opened nimbus and clicked on the pretendo servers and checked and did not switch. Pls help!

Also i keep getting this error when i open up miiverse

Can you please send a picture of your Luma3DS config screen? Make sure to get both the top and bottom screens. (Hold SELECT on boot to open the config menu)

Try switching to Pretendo again and try to open Miiverse

This isn’t really helpful in this situation. I get you’re trying to help but the user has already stated that they can’t switch to Pretendo servers…

@CoolPaperGuy could you reinstall Luma3DS? Everything looks normal to me in the settings but that might be able to resolve the issue.
