So when making my account months ago, I made it because I got a wii u and 3ds bundle. The delivery truck caught fire and I never got to use my account. Fast forward to today, I just bought a 3ds off of ebay. I was like “Great, I should use the Pretendo account I made awhile ago.” I hate my username, I want to delete this account so that I can make a new one with the same email address. Please help.

You don’t need to delete your account to do that. We support multiple PNIDs on the same email.
