IDK if any of you have this problem in pokebank, but when I try to access with the NNID I created on Pretendo this message pops out and I cannot transfer my Pokémon anymore :c, I already tried to change the language of the console, to change the server from Pretendo to Nintendo multiple times, I turned the console on and off, and IDk what to do since I’m not a programmer

Try to reinstall pokemon bank or nimbus i think that works

I know this is a shot in the dark. I think in your case pokemon home is still trying to connect to nintendo’s server and not pretendo.
There is a homebrew app you can use to copy your pokemon by cloning them. Than porting that data to your switch games.
However, if you did use the pokemon save data tool. Your pokemon cant be used online. Otherwise, your console might get banned. Otherwise, if you dont use those 3ds pokemon online. There are ways to transffer them to pokemon bank than port them to newer games.
Theoretically, you could clone your game save. Use the save on a pc with citra. Move the pokemon to pokemon bank on the computer or use a pkmn save editor on switch to migrate your pokemon. Than on your switch youd need to use a save editor to migrate the 3ds pkmn.
I know thats alot of work. But, it is a option to keep your pokemon with newer games.
alr, i got the same problem, but i realised this happens when in nimbus u mark that u want to connect to pretendo servers, so i think u must go to nimbus and mark that u want nintendo servers.
Seems like an error that would require further one to one support
