Getting error code 102-2613(solved)

im using the sssl message and its showing me the error code 102-2613

Just to check, you’re using the Pretendo DNS when signing in right and you’re using the correct password?

yes i am using the correct password and dns (88.198.140.154 as my primary and 8.8.8.8 as my secondary)

Chances are your ISP is blocking the DNS, either try other access points or mod your Wii U.

This assuming the DNS is correct, this is a new user and your PNID is not the same as your NNID. Also we can do another test, if you can still access the NNID while you are using SSSL and you get 102-2882 on Miiverse then SSSL is not working.
