Errors and lots of them!

Error 1:

I have tried to figure out what is happening but I can’t figure it out! I go into my Pretendo settings and try to change my DOB, because suddenly it is wrong. I change the date and immediately my Console goes straight into a Softlock, my GamePad has static on the screen and I need to force shutdown my console. I’m not sure what is happening or if anyone has had this or if my console is just slowly dying.

Error 2:
Juxtaposition is beginning to constantly say that it fails to load elements properly with error code 598-4000, Juxt has become practically unusable, I cant load anything without the error appearing every 3 seconds.

Error 3:
001-0502 on 3DS whenever I enter the Friends App or try to play any game online.

@GamersInternatio or @MatthewL246_PNID would you possibly be able to help? I’m not sure if it’s my console’s fault or if something is happening on the servers.

Not sure what we can do about that really, the only thing I can do is to mention it to others

What were you doing before getting 598-4000?

Sorry for the highly belated reply!

I don’t have to do anything to trigger the error, it simply appears, I press close and boom there it is again!

Apologies for lack of info, but I’m not sure what is happening. :frowning:

The page for the 1502 error worked! My 3DS is back to normal! The other two errors are weird and persist, the last one is super strange and may just be my console’s fault.
