I encountered this error code when trying to change my NNID info (pretendo account obviously). I only found a couple of other threads that mentioned this error code, but one was never replied to, and the other was cannabilized for another issue. Could someone please assist? Thanks.
Ok first what console are you using?
Second (if its wii u) IS It modded?
I’ll explain why i ask this:
First:Depending on The console The solution can be diferent
Second:It needs to be moded to change The info if you dont have modded It (this IS for wii u only)
You cant so ssl for this IS useless to try and change It
I think it might be easier if I respond.
If you’re currently using the SSSL method, you’re unable to change your PNID account settings on Wii U. You need to be modded to change it.

Oh i see. Will there be support for changing user info hackless, either by the website or the console itself? Or modded is the only way, no matter what?

I heard they are working to change It on The website but for now its only for modded consoles you can still know how to homebrew it here wiiu.hacks.guide
