Error code 022-5432 when tryna log back on my acc on 3ds

idk how this error is caused, i cant find it on the error tab

  1. Open Nimbus
  2. Switch to Nintendo servers
  3. Open eShop (if user has an NNID)
  4. Exit eShop (if user has an NNID)
  5. Open Nimbus
  6. Switch to Pretendo servers

can i skip step 3 & 4 if i dont have a nnid(bc i deleted it sum time ago)
