Error Code 022-0604?

I need help with my 3DS, whenever I try to log into my Pretendo network account it keeps giving me error code 022-0604, the error code reads "An error has occurred.
Please try again later.

If the problem persists, please make a note of the error code and visit support.nintendo.com."
I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, like I tried re installing Nimbus, that didn’t work, I honestly have no clue what to do and how to fix this, I’ve been trying to find a way around it for a while and I just cant wrap my head around it, also I cant find anything online about it either!

The error code name is: INVALID_FORMAT

Did you put some invalid stuff for your PNID?

There’s only one other example of this happening, might be a difficult issue to deal with.

As piplup said above, have you put anything invalid for your PNID or something unusual? For the only other report of this error code, the user happened to put in a birth year that wouldn’t usually be possible to achieve.
