I have the same problem. I have the error 001-0802
Hi, I’m having the same error. I uploaded a photo reporting the problem. Is there a solution? Thanks for the help. 
It’s currently a known issue and it’s happening to a lot of people at the moment. Our team is currently working on fixing it.
Hopefully we’ll have more news soon.

- Please do not go onto threads and simply say “I also have this error”. That floods threads and makes them hard to read, if you have the same error as a thread use a reaction to indicate this
- We believe we have found and fixed the issue, though it is untested at the moment
