Error 102-2613 when login in into WII U with PNID

Hello,

I am new to this but I have been trying to do the SSSL method to play Splatoon online. However I get error 102-2613 when I try to log in into the wii u with my PNID. I have done every step, I changed my DNS to 088.198.140.154 and 8.8.8.8 as secondary. I made sure I didn’t use an email linked to any NNID or used similar NNIDs. However I do not know what else to do. I will appreciate any help!

That error code sounds as if you’re using a PNID with the same username as your NNID.

Can you double check that your PNID is not the same username as your NNID?

Hey, I’m sorry for responding late. Currenttly my Wii U has no NNID.

This issue either happens because you’re connected to Nintendo servers or you’ve put the incorrect password in. Make sure that your password is correct and you’ve connected to Pretendo.
