Error 101-0722 when trying to go to “Users Played With”

I keep on receiving error 101-0722 when attempting to go to “Users Played With” on Wii U friend list after it loads for a long time.

I have the same error why ?

Judging by some quick research, this might happen when someone spoofs their PID? Nothing you can do in that case by the looks of it but just checking this now.
