Error "022-5432" while linking a PNID

hello, so when i link my PNID on my 2ds xl, i keep getting the 022-5432 error. i’ve tried everything but i can’t fix this problem. (if this can help, my 3ds version is 11.14.0-46E). thank you!!!

  • Launch Nimbus
  • Switch To Nintendo Network using Nimbus
  • Launch eShop
  • If launched, Launch Nimbus
  • Switch To Pretendo Network (you should be signed off, so it gives you 015-5015 [in Juxt, go back to Nintendo Network ID Settings])
  • If you get the same error, try again.

sometimes you may have to repeat this a few times, just keep trying until you can sign in successfully!

soo when i launch nintendo eshop it says that there is an update for the console. is it normal?
