Error 002-0121 mario kart 7

So, i tried playing mario kart 7 after connecting to pretendo, and all of a sudden, it said i couldn’t play online anymore, and that my online services were restricted by nintendo. I don’t know how this happened, and i troed to follow many tutorials, but it still won’t work. I don’t know if this helps, but everytime i booted up the game, it said ,plugin ready’’ although i don’t remember installing one, and i tried going into a race with this plugin.

Any help?
