won’t let me use friends to add friends using the internet
comes up with the error 001- 0103 when i boot up friends list.
when attempting to add friends over internet it says “you cannot use internet registration because you are not online” .
juxtaposition/miiverse works absolutely fine on it, its just this that won’t work whatsoever.
When it says I’m offline, 3 seconds later, I’m online.
So just wait a bit, if it is still not working, enter a game and go back to the friends list.
Im pretty sure juxtaposition doesnt do well with online stuff. Im not to familar with the 3ds fan server mods. But, on wiiu. If juxtaposition is like tiramisu cfw. Than, the cfw might be why your having connection issues.
You may want to check the cfw website to see if any update posts was made. Or, see if pretendo works well with that cfw.
Potentially network instability, this would likely require further one-on-one questions to get to the bottom of.
