I had a problem with updating streetpass plaza from the eShop…yesterday I got an error code and I couldn’t write it down/remember it
and now after re-downloading the update I got an endless loading of 3ds game…
(I am writing through a translator because I don’t know English well)
the problem disappears after deleting the update through settings
is there a solution to this problem?
(I have an old 3DS…)
(I didn’t know where else to write about it because I can’t log into my reddit account)

Edited parts of your post to remove references to piracy apps and this isn’t strictly a Pretendo issue anyways. Try asking on GBAtemp or the Nintendo Homebrew Discord server, you’re unlikely to get a response here.

um, are you sure it had references to piracy apps? i looked at the old version of the post and it just didn’t mention the eShop. but it’s possible to update the app inside of streetpass mii plaza, although it gets the download from the eShop’s servers.
are you on pretendo network if you are posting here? you need to use nintendo network to update apps and download content from the eshop.
Yes, it did mention one in the title, still it’s from the eShop as you said anyways.
