I want to delete my current Pretendo account since I forgot to sync it to my home brewed 3ds.
That is fine. You can simply install Nimbus and setup the PNID on the 3DS in System Settings.
We can forward the deletion request, but what do you mean you forgot to sync it?
Long story short, I created this account before I found out that I had to use my 3ds account. I would like to start from scratch with another account from my 3ds.
You can just sign in on the 3DS if that’s what you want. Do you need help doing this?

Many reports on this error have been made. I suspect deleting the account and creating a new one will not do much at all.
I figured that, but that happened when I tried to set up a second account for my 3ds.
Well, I guess it’s an unresolved error. This is an issue with the ACT Pretendo Module, which is responsible for handling accounts across the network. For now, there is no solution, except for an upgrade or an eventual fix. Unfortunately, there is no ETA on said fix, so it’s a waiting game, which can be frustrating.

To solve EC 022-5432, just follow this:
They stated they wanted the account deleted. @Joshua8600PNID, followed through, I was simply forwarding a request? (Then again, it could have been a bit overkill…)
My mistake. It was Error code 022-2402. Sorry about that.

I requested confirmation and they again asked for the request. It’s settled imo.
I just don’t see whether there’s much point when it’s not going to stop that error from popping up when using Pretendo. The OP clearly still wants to use Pretendo so I just don’t see much point in forwarding on the deletion request.
