I created my pretendo account but i did it on the web. Now i see i should have done it on my 3ds.
I want to perserve my PNID and possibly my email.
Should i create a new account or what do you recommend on this situation?
I tried linking it to the 3ds but it gives me an error. Could it be that there exists already a NNID thats is the same as this PNID? Does anyone know how to check that?

Deleting your account will permanently lose this PNID as it cannot be re-used.
You can always use the same email for another account.
can you tell us the error code? The 7 digit (0XX-XXXX) code at the top of the error.

That can only be edited on a modded Wii U at this time, unfortunately.
That’s why it’s recommended to create account on the console - as it can be set on console (upon creation) but not Web. 
But changing can only be done on a Modded Wii U.

It’s cause i have a wii u and maybe i can mod it, but i can be pacient and change it in the future.
Eventually, it should be available at least on Web. Unfortunately, there is no projected time when that might be available
