Could you delete your own topic if you do not want or need it anmore?

I do not want my “Advice” topic anymore, because I do now agree that it was spammy.

However, I do not know if there is a way for Moderators/Leaders, or even yourself, to delete a topic you no longer want, even if its delisted. Is there a way to delete a topic?

Yes, we’re able to delete posts. Your post was relisted anyways (nvm confused that with the other post) after moderator feedback, but considering you want it deleted, I will delete it.

I believe the ability is disabled for regular users on the initial post in a topic once someone replies (deleting is different for regular users compared to staff anyways, I can remove something instantly and unless you’re staff, you won’t see any indication of it being removed).

For future reference:

• If your topic has no replies, you can delete it by deleting the first post in the topic. (Note that you will have 24 hours to restore it if you would like to. After that, it’s fully deleted.)
• Otherwise, you may ask a moderator to delete your topic by clicking on their profile and then clicking the “Message” button.

Forum isn’t configured for it, but ideally, you’d just message ForumMod instead of messaging a staff member
