Citra users compatibility with 3Ds users

I have a friend that has already a modded 3Ds and I wonder can he be able to play with me if he is on a 3Ds while I’m on citra, if it’s possible is there like a guide or video that can show me how to play with your friends?

We don’t support Citra anymore. We support Azahar, which still needs a real 3DS first to play online. Azahar Emulator · GitHub

So azahar is like the new citra I see, and it’s possible to play along with 3Ds users?

Yes. As long as you set it up properly (needs a real 3DS to do that, though)
